Delivery Charges
Delivery for books, music and small items is charged as a rounded percentage of the goods value according to destination.
All goods to UK addresses are sent by either 1st Class Mail or for heavier parcels by Courier service. An optional Priority delivery service is available at an extra cost. (Delivery Monday-Friday only excluding Bank Holidays). For same day despatch of priority orders please ensure orders are made before 1:00pm(UK time)

For bulkier items such as guitars, cases and larger accessories, a flat rate is applied.
For customers' reassurance all international despatches outside the EU are now sent using trackable Priority Delivery services such as Air Mail 'Signed For' service or EMS courier.

UK customers, please allow 15 working days from despatch before claiming for missing packets. International deliveries can occasionally take longer, so please allow 20 working days(EU) and 25 working days(RoW) before making an enquiry for non-delivery.
