Delivery Charges

There is a flat rate delivery charge for all orders up to a given threshold, thereafter a percentage of the total order value is charged (see below for details) so please bear this in mind when making an order.

In addition some heavier items may incur a supplementary charge. However, small items such as strings and small accessories etc can be added to an order without affecting the delivery cost.

At checkout, shipping costs are automatically calculated, based on the value and weight of the order, once the destination and any supplementary service have been selected.

NB The cover postage price is only one element of the shipping charge which comprises elements for packaging, insurance and tracking(where applicable) as well as all the other costs that go into processing and despatching your order.

UK comprises: England (inc.Channel Islands), Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Western Europe comprises: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republik, Slovenia, Spain(except Canary Is.), Sweden, Switzerland

USA

USA and territories

All other countries comprise the Rest of the World

All goods to UK addresses are sent by either 1st Class Post(standard) or for heavier parcels by Courier service.
Priority Delivery*

An optional Priority delivery service is available at an extra cost. (Delivery Monday-Friday only excluding Bank Holidays).

* We usually despatch Tuesday to Friday inclusive, the next posting day is advertised at the top of our home page. Please check and bear in mind your completed order will be despatched on the next available posting day. For bulkier items such as guitars, cases and larger accessories, a flat rate is applied.

A signature is required for all priority deliveries(requirement suspended during COVID-19) so someone must be available at the point of delivery to accept the package. If a delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card so you can collect the package the next day from your local RM delivery office or re-arrange delivery for a day convenient to you.

For security and peace of mind all international orders are sent by either an Air Mail service or for larger shipments(over 2kg) by tracked courier(UPS/DPD/FedEx etc) Our international Priority service uses a tracked and or Signed for service depending on the service available to the destination country.

Delivery expectations in working days from date of despatch. Non-EU customers please allow extra time for Customs clearance. All delivery times exclude delays caused by industrial action or other force majeur out of our control.

* Next Working Day(excludes parts of Highlands & Islands and N.Ireland) from dispatch with force majeure excepted.

For UK mainland customers using Priority Delivery, where orders are completed before 1.00pm on a Posting Day, deliveries are scheduled before close of business on the following working day.
