DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Guitarnotes operates in strict compliance with UK anti-fraud and card
protection legislation and guidelines. When paying by credit or debit
card, we will only deliver to an address already registered with your card
issuer, usually the card statement address. All deliveries made outside
this registered address are at the customer's risk. Claims for
non-delivery will only be accepted to the registered card address.
All transaction information you enter is sent via our secure server to
your own card issuer for authorisation and authentication. If the details
do not match EXACTLY, they advise us to cancel the order.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are normally supplied directly from stock. For any item not
in stock we will try to obtain it and despatch it promptly, but there may
be instances outside our control that may cause a delay (e.g.
non-availability of product from UK suppliers, imported titles etc).

RETURNS
Defective Goods
In the unlikely event of a defect, goods will be exchanged. Please note: we only
accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.
Please see "To Returning an Item" below for details of how to return
defective items to us. You must inform Guitarnotes of the fault in
writing by email, letter or fax. Telephone notifications are not accepted.
After we receive your fault notification, we will contact you with a
returns reference.
Cancelling An Order
We do not accept returns on goods supplied correctly to order. Within seven days
of the day of delivery,
the purchaser is entitled to notify the seller that he renounces the
purchase. Opening of, or change to the security pack that seals the goods
disqualifies the customer from renouncing the purchase. However, the goods
supplied by Guitarnotes(CD, Video, Printed Music, Books etc) being
directly reproducible media by means of CD or tape recorders,
photocopiers, scanners etc denotes we cannot accept returns on goods
supplied correctly to order.
Returning An Item
To return an item first obtain a Returns Authorisation(RA) number by
contacting us by e-mail
admin@spanishguitar.com . You will be provided with an RA number which
you should include when sending back your order. No return will be
accepted without this reference. Goods accepted for return may be
subject to a 20% restocking charge(minimum £5.00) unless defective. You are responsible
for the cost and safe return to Guitarnotes of any unwanted goods. Please
ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. You must take
reasonable care of the item and must return it, and all packaging and
accessories, in its original condition. Delivery charges are not
refundable.
The consumer shall not be entitled to a full refund of the product
purchase price if he/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either
prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while
the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of
this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care
of the Goods if such Goods are not returned to Guitarnotes packed in
their original box, with all accessories, manuals etc intact, or if the
Goods or the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any
way.
Guitarnotes cannot, and does not, in any way attempt to warrant the
suitability of goods for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility
to carefully check specifications, sizes and compatibility before
ordering. If you are unsure of the size, suitability or compatibility of
an item, please contact Guitarnotes before placing your order. It is your
responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product.
