policy. The placing of an order, implies acceptance of these
terms.
The minimum order value(Goods+Delivery) is £5.00, orders below this
value will still be charged at £5.00. The use of the Order Form is for
firm orders only.

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours except during busy periods
and holidays. E-mailed order confirmations are generated automatically by
the secure server so ensure your email contact is keyed accurately. Wipe only cards such as ELECTRON are
not suitable for mail orders. |

How
much will this cost? |
| |
Delivery for music,
recordings and accessories (excluding guitars & cases) is calculated as a
percentage of the despatch value rounded to the nearest £0.50.
Orders for strings ONLY are charged at 5% less than standard rate(minimum
£1.50). Mixed orders are charged at standard rate.
Certain heavier items carry a supplementary charge. Items levying a
supplement are marked with a single "*", double or triple asterisk "***" denoting the
additional charge per item. A bracketed asterisk (*)denotes the supplement
only applies to RoW countries.
Outside the UK, these charges are only valid for goods up to 2kg in
weight. Thereafter, orders will be sent at cost price by the most
expedient method-usually Air Parcel.
Standard delivery service is not trackable. Please select Express/Priority
service if you wish your order to be sent using a trackable service. |
