Comments:
The second model in the Luthier-series has a back and sides made of
exquisite Brazilian rosewood. The guitar is a little less dominant in the
high frequencies than the ‘India’ version. The Rio model sounds warmer,
with a beautiful thick and clear attack in the low midrange area, on both the
bass strings and the critical treble positions around the octave. Despite
the deep attack, the low end remains transparent. The treble side sounds
rich and dynamic. The Rio has a particularly strong 3rd string, a critical
subject when it comes to nylon string guitars. The Alhambra top model
leaves no competition in this price range. Individually made by Javier
