Delivery Charges

Delivery for books, music and small items is charged as a rounded percentage of the goods value according to destination.
All goods to UK addresses are sent by either 1st Class Mail or for heavier parcels by Courier service. An optional Priority delivery service is available at an extra cost. (Delivery Monday-Friday only excluding Bank Holidays). For same day despatch of priority orders please ensure orders are made before 1:00pm(UK time)

For bulkier items such as guitars, cases and larger accessories, a flat rate is applied.

For customers' reassurance all international despatches outside the EU are now sent using trackable Priority Delivery services such as Air Mail 'Signed For' service or EMS courier.

European Union comprises: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republik, Slovenia, Spain(except Canary Is.), Sweden.
All other countries comprise the Rest of the World

Delivery Times:

From despatch, delivery expectations(working days) are as follows:

** Not a time-guaranteed service, but uses priority routing.

For UK mainland customers using Priority Delivery, where orders are completed before 2.00pm, deliveries are scheduled before close of business day as follows:

UK customers, please allow 15 working days from despatch before claiming for missing packets. International deliveries can occasionally take longer, so please allow 20 working days(EU) and 25 working days(RoW) before making an enquiry for non-delivery. These are statutory periods set by the postal authorities. However we are happy to confirm despatch dates at any time with you.
